Lemon Drink – Starting a day with a lemon drink is favorable for healthy skin; it is quite refreshing and really easy to be prepared as well. Take one glass of warm water and squeeze one or two lemons into the glass and just drink it slowly.

This is extremely useful in flushing out all toxins and impurities from the body by which skin becomes healthier.

Carrot Juice – Carrots contain essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that help in nourishing the complete body. It can also be mixed up with other juices like among pineapples, oranges, strawberries, gooseberry, beetroot, etc. It offers a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C benefits and other nutrients for the overall health of the body and the skin.

It can be drunk with the other fruit juices and vegetables also along with oranges, gooseberry, beetroot, strawberries’, blackberries, tomatoes, spinach, etc.

Orange – Oranges can benefit from both drinking and as a face pack. Squeeze half orange on the bowl, add one spoon of curd and mix it well, wait for 5 minutes and apply it to skin. Wait for half an hour and rinse up the face with warm water or with normal water too.

A mixture of orange and curd absorb the impurities from the skin, clean the face deeply, and fulfill all skin nutrient requirements. As a result, you will found clean and glowing skin.

Banana – Banana is also a good source of homemade skincare tips. This fruit will produce more improves results when mixed up with honey.

Take two little pieces of well-mashed banana mixed up with one spoon of honey, apply it for 20 minutes, and rinsed with warm water. It gives an instant glow and healthy skin.
